Who We Are

Clarity for Decisions.
Structure for Progress.

ESG360 is an ESG and sustainability services organization established in 2011 and headquartered in Istanbul. As a subsidiary of Global Alliance Register, we connect our sustainability focus with the wider disciplines of technical services, risk management and conformity assessment.

We help organizations address the practical questions behind ESG commitments: Which issues matter most? Where are the risks and opportunities? What needs to change? Who is responsible? How should progress be measured, reported and reviewed?

Our role is to make those questions manageable. We translate complex expectations into clearly defined assignments, structured assessments and actionable programmes that reflect each client’s business model, sector, operating environment and stage of development.

Our Purpose

Responsible Decisions. Credible Evidence. Practical Action.

Our purpose is to help organizations make responsible business decisions and deliver sustainability commitments through credible evidence and practical action.

We believe lasting progress depends on the quality of the systems behind each commitment: how decisions are made, how people are engaged, how resources are used, how risks are controlled and how results are measured.

Our ambition is to be a trusted long-term partner for organizations seeking to strengthen these foundations and build greater resilience, accountability and stakeholder confidence.

Our Group Connection

The Global Alliance Register Connection.

Our relationship with Global Alliance Register shapes how we approach ESG: with attention to technical requirements, management systems, evidence and the conditions under which services are delivered.

That connection informs a practical approach to sustainability challenges. A reporting requirement may depend on operational data. An investment decision may require technical and environmental review. A supplier commitment may need site assessment, corrective action and continued monitoring.

ESG360 brings these requirements into one coordinated engagement, drawing on appropriate specialist business partners where the scope calls for additional technical competence, accreditation or authorization.

Our Approach

One Integrated Approach
to ESG Performance.

Our approach follows eight connected stages. Each assignment can begin at the stage that best matches the client’s needs.

01

Understand

02

Assess

03

Plan

04

Implement

05

Measure

06

Report

07

08

Improve

We begin by understanding the organization’s activities, stakeholders, objectives and applicable requirements. We assess the current position, identify priorities and develop a plan with defined responsibilities and milestones.

We then support implementation, establish measures of progress and help organize information for management and external reporting.

Where independent verification, testing, certification or assurance is required, we manage the engagement in association with appropriately accredited or authorized business partners.

The process continues through review and improvement, using findings and performance information to refine priorities.

Service Management & Accredited Partnerships

Complete Service Management.
Appropriate Specialist Expertise.

ESG360 manages the complete service engagement, from defining the scope and selecting the appropriate business partners to coordinating technical activities, reporting and final deliverables.

Where accreditation, statutory authorization or scheme-specific recognition is required, services are delivered in association with our accredited business partners, including appropriately accredited laboratories and authorized bodies.

ESG360 remains your single point of contact throughout, with accredited activities and formal reports, certificates or opinions undertaken and issued by the relevant partner within its applicable scope of accreditation or authorization.

For clients, this provides a coordinated process with clear responsibilities, agreed schedules and managed deliverables. The relevant body retains responsibility for its independent technical judgments and formal decisions.

Sector Perspective

Grounded in the Realities
of Your Sector.

ESG priorities differ across industries and business models. Energy and infrastructure projects face different operational and stakeholder issues from manufacturers, financial institutions or businesses managing extensive supplier networks.

We shape each assignment around those differences, considering the organization’s assets, activities, workforce, sourcing relationships, markets and project lifecycle.

Our service portfolio addresses needs across energy and utilities; oil and gas; construction and infrastructure; manufacturing; maritime, transport and logistics; consumer goods and retail; and financial services and investment.

Whether the requirement concerns a corporate programme, an operating facility, a proposed investment or a supplier network, we define a scope that reflects the decisions the client needs to make.

Data & Digital Capability

Making ESG
Information Useful.

Reliable information is essential to both operational decisions and credible disclosure. We help organizations establish clear indicator definitions, reporting boundaries, data responsibilities and supporting evidence.

Our digital services connect assessment with ongoing management. Depending on the engagement, this may include self-assessments, maturity scoring, supplier monitoring, emissions dashboards, target tracking, document control or corrective-action workflows.

We define the methodology and information requirements before selecting or configuring the supporting tools. The objective is information that managers can understand, review and use: what is improving, where performance is falling short and which actions require attention.

Our Principles

The Principles
Behind Our Work.

Integrity, technical care, confidentiality and clear communication guide our approach.

We seek to understand the context before drawing conclusions, explain the basis of our recommendations and be transparent about limitations.

We respect the perspectives of workers, communities and other stakeholders whose interests may be affected by business decisions. We also recognize the importance of preserving impartiality wherever independent conformity assessment is involved.

These principles shape the way we scope assignments, evaluate evidence, select business partners and communicate results.

From ESG Commitments
to Measurable Performance.

Every organization starts from a different position. Some need a clear strategy. Others need stronger data, an assessment of a transaction, a decarbonization plan, supplier oversight or support implementing an established programme.

Tell us what your organization needs to achieve. Together, we can define the priorities, evidence and actions that will move your ESG programme forward.
