How we handle personal information when you visit esg360.com.tr, contact us or ask for information about our services.
Scope
This policy applies when you visit esg360.com.tr (and its language versions), send us an enquiry or request for information, subscribe to our newsletter, or use any of our online forms. It covers personal data collected through the website only. Data we process for clients, suppliers, partners and training participants is described in our Personal Data Processing Policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, the services you are interested in and the content of your message when you use the contact form or the request-for-information form.
- Tracking reference: when you submit a request for information we generate a reference number, show it to you and send it with a confirmation email.
- Newsletter data: your email address and subscription choices.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and operating system, pages visited and security logs.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential documents through the forms.
Enquiries and communications
We use the details you submit to answer your enquiry, send a confirmation, prepare a proposal and follow up on your request. If the enquiry becomes an engagement, our Personal Data Processing Policy applies. Requests for information are stored in a private area of our website system that only authorised staff can access.
How we use information and legal bases
To operate and secure the website; to respond to enquiries and requests (contract steps or legitimate interests); to send newsletters you asked for (consent); to prevent spam and abuse, including through a human-verification check (legitimate interests); to keep records and meet legal obligations; and to improve the website where analytics are enabled with your consent. Under KVKK we rely on the conditions in Article 5; under the GDPR, on Article 6.
Human verification and forms
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-oriented human-verification service, together with other anti-spam measures. It receives technical information from your browser to tell people from bots, which is needed to keep the forms secure.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use strictly necessary technologies to run and secure the website and to remember your cookie choices. Functional, analytics and advertising technologies are used only if you allow them. Service providers and sharing
We use providers for hosting, email, security and form verification, and newsletter delivery. They process data on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and security terms. We may share information with GAR group companies and professional advisers where needed, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
International processing
Website data may be processed outside Türkiye or your country by our providers. Where the law restricts such transfers we use recognised safeguards, as described in our Personal Data Processing Policy.
Retention and security
We keep website enquiry records for a limited period, newsletter data until you unsubscribe, and technical logs for as long as needed for security and operations. We apply technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is completely secure.
Your choices and rights
